Online Mat Pilates Training
The Mat Pilates Teacher Training course is split into two levels, module 1 and 2 will be taught in person by Kseniya Mishchenko. Both levels are required to qualify to sit for the Mat Diploma Exam. After completing Mat Foundations, you may continue your teacher journey with the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher Training Program to become fully trained on all equipment.

Ksenia is a certified Polestar Pilates Instructor and movement specialist from Moscow with over 5 years of experience. She has also served as a mentor and educator for various Polestar training courses in Russia.
Ksenia has a deep understanding of movement and has completed the first 2 years of a 4-year Feldenkrais training program. She has also worked as an interpreter for Anatomy Trains courses, Franklin method, James Earls workshops, and Feldenkrais Training programs in Moscow.
Ksenia has made significant contributions to the bodywork-related industry in Russia by translating renowned books into Russian. She believes in a holistic approach and sees Pilates as a way to improve overall well-being.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ksenia has climbed Mount Elbrus and Kilimanjaro, traveled to the Arctic and Antarctica, and enjoys wakesurfing.
