A Client-Centered Approach

The Polestar curriculum provides instructors with tools to assess key movements and qualities in private and group settings. Learn to identify strengths and impairments according to Polestar’s unique set of movement principles and design Pilates sequences to progress your clients toward wellness and optimal participation in life.

The consistent meeting of client needs and goals through problem-solving and critical reasoning is what makes Polestar instructors the most desired in the industry.

When you know the answers to the why’s, you can really put people into the safest position so that they’re not in pain and they can begin to move in a more relaxed way instead of in that fear that comes with pain and that’s been strictly from Polestar. I would have never known how to do that before.
